Hours of Operation

LogLogic offers a two-tier support program:
  • Platinum Support — Platinum support is 7x24x365. Customers have access to support 24 hours a day, seven days a week, including holidays.
  • Gold Support — LogLogic staffs its help desk Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. Hours are 6 AM – 6 PM Pacific Time (US) and 9 AM – 5 PM GMT (EMEA).
